These postings constitute unauthorized use of our intellectual property
for commercial promotion of unrelated cryptocurrencies and deceptive
impersonation of our project identity. The use of the Alternet name and
Raven bird emblem is likely to cause consumer confusion and falsely
suggest legitimacy or affiliation where none exists.
I believe these materials were uploaded as a result of deliberate
misuse, impersonation, and misidentification of affiliation with Raven
Technologies Group LLC and the Alternet project. At no point were these
parties granted authorization, license, permission, endorsement rights,
branding rights, or any association rights involving our trademarks,
copyrighted branding assets, or project identity.
I demand the immediate removal and disabling of access to all infringing
content identified above. Failure to promptly comply may result in
escalation, including additional legal action and formal complaints
directed toward associated hosting providers, registrars, payment
processors, and relevant third parties.
I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner
complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or
the law;
