Raven is committed to upholding these values for as long as it exists:

• whether you're African, Asian, Mexican, American, European (and the list goes on),
• whether you're rich, broke, or somewhere in between,
• whether your hair is blonde, black, gray, or any color,

We don't care.

Anonymity in projects naturally creates diversity among collaborators. We see you as you choose to present yourself — your profile picture, username, bio, and, above all, your work. Anonymity enables true meritocracy, which is why it must be preserved and respected. It is vital to the success of the free world, the digital world built atop it, and Raven built upon them both.

We care that you are civil and that you respect one another. Politics and religion have no place in work or at the dinner table. Everyone here values the same fundamental human rights — foremost among them, privacy. In the most respectful way possible: truly, nobody here cares how you look, how you dress, your gender, sexuality, political views, religion, or anything else of that nature.

The survival of digital freedom, open source, and Raven itself depends on upholding these values. It is the duty of every member of Raven and its community to protect them.
